Visitor Services

China Coal & Mining Expo is a shouldn’t miss biennial event for industry fellows. It has always been regarded as the most effective platform for participants to have business discussions. Visitors would take the opportunities explore new technologies, purchase equipment, grasp market trends and solve industry development problems.

The 2nd Development Status and Prospect of

Coal Mining Machinery Equipment Forum

The Forum would explore the future direction of the coal industry, the existing opportunities and the technical measures under the goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality. We would review the achievements made in the intelligent construction of coal mines in China, analyse and study the challenges in the sector. We would also forecast the future development direction of intelligent coal mines. The forum would focus on international exchange on coal mine intelligence and technical measures under the "dual carbon" goal, and the key technologies in intelligent coal mining, tunnelling, and smart mines.

Health Check

The health codes of all participants including exhibitors, services providers, visitors and onsite staff shall be checked at all stages of the event (set up, exhibition period & tear down). With the support of communication big data, personnel in high risks region must be strictly reviewed before issuing badges / passes to enter the exhibition hall to ensure the safety of the exhibition. Identity verification and green code (health code) shall be checked before entering to the exhibition hall.

Wear Mask

All personnel in the exhibition hall must wear masks. Individuals who do not wear masks will be provided with masks on site by the organizer.

Personnel Record

All personnel entering the venue must use the Beijing Health Kit App to present the green health code and to complete the real-name registration with their personal ID cards/ passport.

Emergency Handling

The exhibition hall has an pandemic prevention quarantine area and an pandemic prevention medical office onsite. If personnel appeared to have suspected symptoms of COVID such as fever or cough on the scene, they must be isolated immediately. He/ She should notify the person in charge of pandemic prevention and control in time and dial 120 for transfer to the fever clinic for investigation and follow-up investigation results. They shall also cooperate with the disease control department for follow-up pandemic control work.

Body Temperature Scan

Personnel with the body temperature higher than 37.2 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter the exhibition hall.

Onsite Disinfection

New China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC) strictly implements daily disinfection work in public areas. The cleaning and disinfection of public areas, fixed facilities, and high-frequency contact points will be strengthened. Exhibitor should arrange personnel to responsible for pandemic prevention and to perform daily disinfection of the booth and the exhibits. All personnel entering the exhibition area shall disinfect their hands with hand sanitizer. All on-site personnel shall consciously take disinfection measures for their own protection.
